Register now to save time and budget. You can pre-schedule your meeting straight away in order to arrange talks with top forwarders, face-to-face. Why spend a lot of time and money traveling round the world seeking partners when you can pre-schedule face-to-face meetings and enjoy walking around the room to find accredited partners. Only registered and paid-up delegates are allowed to pre-schedule one-on-one meetings.

Note that most of the top forwarders are booked up on the very first day (or even first hour) the scheduler is open. So register and pay in good time to enjoy what most successful forwarders do.

Each meeting attendee is provided a unique username and password, which the program recognizes when entered. The program allows attendees to view their own schedules side-by-side against the schedules of those they would like to meet with. This permits easy identification of open meeting slots allowing the user to set appointments rapidly without confusion. Furthermore, scheduling conflicts are automatically prevented. The program even sends a confirmation e-mail to both parties as notification that the one-on-one meeting has been scheduled.

Please remember that if you change your own schedule, it is a matter of courtesy to let others know so they do not wait in vain for a meeting which has been cancelled.
